Pics from wk6

Slow and steady is better than nothing I guess. Those of you that are able to take pics so easily in the mirror, how do you do it? I'm terrible at it! I have a remote for my camera which works nicely, but sometimes it's hard to get it to stand up for a vertical pic. Anyway, here are my "very slowly but gradually trimming down" abs and my "weak but improving" arms. LOL

Is this Melissa? It can't be because Melissa has a baby boy. That tummy looks like it never endured the stretch of pregnancy.HA!

I have a NordicTrack treadmill, nothing top of the line or anything. We paid around $1,000.00 for it and we've had it about a year and a half. If this one goes I will probably buy a better one though. It's really gotten a lot of use. I really only notice the difference in quality when I run on one at the gym.

I'd have to grab the book or actually measure it to get you the exact measurements, but that was one of my big concerns when we bought it, the width of the belt and so forth. It was one of the widest ones there. We haven't had any problems with it at all.

Wow! Love those arms. I miss my arms. They used to be my favorite body part. I will totally get them back and post a picture someday.
