Good morning :) Thanks for all the Happy Birthdays and compliments! I agree, I do have a pretty good lookin family don't I! IMO! LOL (I'm not biased at all)

I wanted to share something I've been eating that is sooooo good. I got it from someone online, I'm thinking from tracker. You can either add the oats for the morning or post-workout if you'd like, or eat it without the oats.

1/4c oats
3/4c cottage cheese
1/4c ff milk
3tsp white choc ff sf pudding

Blend and eat. YUMMO. This is so freakin good. Now if you don't like the oat texture, blend the oats first into flour and then blend the rest into it. I've eaten it both ways and like it both ways. I've had it without the oats too and it just tastes like really good white chocolate pudding.
