Things have been going great lately. I've been eating a lot of the power foods and have been training consistently. I'm down about 5.5lbs in almost 2wks, so that feels really good. I know a lot of it was water weight, but I'm still happy. I want to be back around 135 again- I know I felt really good around that weight. I'm already noticing small changes, but still have a long ways to go. I had Jon take pictures of me in my bikini last night. Talk about a wake up call. My birthday is July 13th and I'm determined to be down a size and to my goal by then. It WILL happen. I even sat down and wrote out goals last night. I'm not doing a "challenge" so to speak...I tend to do worse under the pressure of "which week I'm on" or something. I'm taking it day by day and week by week. I'll take pictures every 4wks to look for changes. I'm not posting any pics for a while though, that's for sure.
