Hey ya'll, thanks for the compliments on my two favorite guys! They're pretty special to me!!! Guess what, I am now counting DAYS. That's right, days. Can't say how many, but it's coming up soon. I've been making Welcome Home posters with photos on them as well, and Aiden has colored on a couple posters too. I'm going to put up balloons & streamers in Jon's office along with the posters, and next week I'm baking sugar cookies with yummy frosting to decorate and leave on his desk. I'm going to try extra hard not to eating too many during the baking process, lol. I'll try to take some pictures to share once everything's decorated.
Workouts are great. I've been doing my plan to a "T". Heading back to the gym on Tues, Thur, & Sat for my 2nd workout hasn't been as fun as I'd like, lol, but I'm doing it. Yesterday I was supposed to go back for my UBWO and was soooo drained. My energy took a major fall and my mood was in the gutter. I was so emotional and then Jon called, I was a mess. Along with this, I've been getting nosebleeds! What's up with that? I haven't had one in years and yesterday I had 2. One was so bad I didn't know it (b/c I was crying on the phone with Jon) and there was blood dripping from my face all over my shorts & my hands. Nice huh. Anyone know what could be causing these?
My diet has been clean, in exception of one slip-up yesterday. I was having major cravings, the worst since moving here. I opened the freezer and STARED at the ice cream. I went back and forth about eating it. I settled for ONE EL Fudge cookie. Not too much damage I don't think. Other than that, I've been drinking water constantly and eating very strict. The Syntrax Nectar has been great. I'm mixing the flavor Roadside Lemonade with lemon propel and it tastes great. I have this a couple times each day. Such a great way to get in the protein without a lot of calories.
I hope everyone is doing well, I haven't had a lot of computer time since moving here, and when I do, I'm checking email from Jon or jumping on the blends forum. This next couple weeks are going to be crazy (in a GREAT way) but after that I should be settled a bit and be able to update more often. =)

I'm so excited that you are going to have Jon home in a matter days, how great is that to say? I can't wait to see your decorating. I miss your computer time too, boo hoo.
Congrats on the "days". That is so awesome. I can't wait to see the pictures of the posters.
The chocolated mouth one is simply the cutest photos. I love all the pictures of the men in your life! I can't wait to see the new ones in just "days."
Weird, random bloody nose. I hope it doesn't happen again. And really good willpower on avoiding the ice cream. It's great to be in that zone, isn't it?
Do you have seaonal allergies? Two of my kids have had trouble with bad nosebleeds and the pediatrician recommended antihistamines. The nosebleeds do seem worse at certain times of the year, and now is one of those times. I get them too, though not quite as bad as they do. Mine are when I first wake up in the morning, and I had them almost daily while pregnant. Could be stress and excitment too...Caitlyn will sometimes get one when she is really worked up.
Deep breaths, lie down and relax. Yeah, right!
I am so excited for you I catch myself getting butterflies because I know you have been counting down the days.
Just wanted to tell you thanks for the blend invite, I am loving it. It has helped keep me right on track. Mentally I am not in this challengea as I was the first probably because I have so much going on right now I feel like I am on auto pilot but I am hanging in there. Tell me about this Syntrax Nectar, is it a protein powder or what? I am not sure about your nose bleeds. Maybe the air is just really dry there or something. I have never had them so it is hard for me to say. I do know that from the first aid I have had to take for my job, they now tell you to lean your head forward and pinch at the bridge of your nose to get it to stop which is completly opposite of what they used to tell you,you know back when we would drowned a kid in his own blood because we told them to lean their head all the way back?
I'm so excited for you that Jon's coming home!
I never had nosebleeds before. My brothers used to get them quite a bit when we were kids, but I never did. Could it be the humidity?
WOW! It is getting close, isn't it? Very exciting. I can't even imagine what it must be like.
My husband has been gone one week and I think I am losing it!
Take some pictures of the cookies...yum!

SOOOO cool about Jon being home in DAYS hon.!!!.. not sure about the nosebleeds... eileen had some good points - are those possible reasons.. YOu've been doing a LOT of running & if the air is dry...
Wow! You've been busy!
I also like the Sytrax, but we also have to "doctor it up" to make it taste a little better.
I hope you figure out the nosebleed thing. It could be all sorts of things, but allergies comes to mind... Get it checked out.
Take care and take some deep breaths and relax!
