Not too much to report. I didn't take a free day over the weekend which my stomach is thanking me for. I woke up feeling just a teeny bit leaner. After my workout on Saturday I did have a turkey & cheese sub from Subway with a small bag of baked lays, so that isn't what I would consider "clean", but I don't consider that diet suicide either. The scale showed another pound lost this morning, but I'm not getting too excited. Next week is TOM so I'm sure that pound will jump right back on with 3 or 4 more of it's friends. In the past, my week of TOM has been TERRIBLE for my diet...not this time. I'm doing so well and am feeling more focused than I have in a long time. Love it.

Yesterday I was at the gym at 5am for 20min of HIIT and followed it with 20min on the stepmill. I've got to start incorporating addt'l cardio. This ass has got to go. Tonight I'm taking the 60min Strength class at the gym. It's so freakin hard and I leave there everytime a sweaty mess. It's great.
