This picture was taken the day after a big snowstorm hit. Jon took Aiden outside to build a snowman. He LOVES the snow!!
He did such a great job standing in front of the tree for a picture. It's getting easier to get him to cooperate for a photo. (I should note that the tree was NOT finished being decorated! There were many more pretty decorations added) :)
This is Aiden with my niece Haylee during Christmas back at my parent's house. She's only 5mths older but she's 3 going on 16. Quite the diva... already singing "Don'tcha wish your girlfriend was hot like me". Nice. She had some crazy hair going on. We couldn't help but start calling her Rod Stewart that weekend.
I love weekends. Today I was up around 7:45 or so to get to the gym. There was an Aerobithon today so I started with the 45min Bosu class. I wore my HR monitor and had my HR up to 177 at one point, and burned about 500 cals. :) I've been pretty productive today around the house too, so I'm feeling proud of myself right now. Some weekends I don't have much motivation to clean. I think it's all the extra caffeine I consumed this morning. I like it =)
My eating has been clean all week. The only things I have had that wouldn't be considered "super clean" would be a sub sandwich. One yesterday and one today. I had turkey and cheese with lots of veggies, extra turkey. This is a big improvement from the past though, b/c I passed up the chips and cookie yesterday when everyone else at work was helping themselves. Today, however, I had the small bag of baked lays with my sub after my workout. I'll consider this a refeed meal and continue to eat clean through the weekend. MUCH better than a free day in my mind.
I've read up on several women doing AWESOME right now, bodies changing like crazy. VERY inspiring. All of you kickin ass and takin names, KEEP IT UP. I'm gonna catch up to you soon! =)
