Wow, thank you all so much for all the nice comments about my pictures!! You all made my day, and I really appreciate it. Sometimes I get nervous about posting progress pics, but it was a great relief to read all the compliments. You all are great.
Well today is Monday and I guess I should report a weekly update about last week. Ugh. Why did I say I was going to do that? Ok, I'll make it quick. I really slacked off Tues-Fri (that's a lot huh). I cheated every one of those days and workouts...ummm....workouts? Non-existent those days. So I bombed out on BOTH things. Sigh. I got up Saturday and ran 6miles, trying to work off some of the junk. Today I'm back at it, clean and already got in a good workout. I took measurements and the waist seems to have gone up .25", the belly button down .25", and my hips down .25". My weight stayed the same. Not so sure about all that, but I'll take it. Last night I wrote out some goals which was LONG overdue. I don't seem to be very good at writing out goals, but this is what I'm reaching for:

1) 18-19% BF
2) weight- 135lbs
3) Lose 1" from Hips
4) Lose 1" from waist
5) Run 3mi in 24min
6) Only 1 free day/wk
7) Last 4wks before trip- only 2 free meals/wk
8) Run in 5k July 29th with time of 26min or less
9) 8hrs of sleep/night
10) Keep a positive mental attitude! Pick myself up after falling.

I think one of my biggest problems in the past was not writing out my goals. Or if I wrote them down, I wasn't reading them often enough. I'll also post my meals for today:

1) protein pancake- done!
2) 1/2 tuna sanwich + extra tuna, 1c veggies, strawberries- done!
3) protein shake, apple- done!
4) 4oz Fish, sweet potato, 1c veggies- done!
5) protein shake- done!

I think my biggest problem was excluding a starchy carb from my lunch. I kept getting very hungry in the late afternoon and wanted to reach for something bad. I was also cutting starchy carbs from my dinner. I do plan to do this for the last 4wks, however, at this time I still need it to help fill me up and prevent a craving at night. Supplements I'm using include Lipo6, Betagen, & a multivitamin. I had been taking Flax Oil but ran out. Time to buy more! I'll take that 3x/day.

I know that some of you are starting a new BFL challenge today....GOOD LUCK! You are all going to do great, I look forward to tracking your progress! It will be neat to see pics in 12wks of how great you all look. I'm just starting week 3 of this challenge, so, please keep me accountable as well. :)

I don't think i had a chance to comment but your pixs did look great. Awesome goals. Don't forget to stay focused on them. That is always my problems as well. I seem to forget all about them shortly after creating them.

Good for you for setting goals! Jeez, 3 miles in 24 minutes & 5K in 26 minutesf! I can only dream! But for you, should be a piece of cake. ;)
